The site performs no audience measurement and places no advertising tracker. See our cookie policy.

3. Who has access to your data

Your data is processed by the Lumera team. It is also hosted and processed by the following providers, acting on our instructions:

  • Webflow, Inc.: site hosting and form reception
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: protection of the forms against automated submissions
  • Google Ireland Limited: business email (Google Workspace)
  • Supabase, Inc.: database of our internal creator management tool

We neither sell nor rent your data.

4. Sharing your profile with our clients

If you are a creator and we offer you a collaboration, we share with the brand concerned the elements needed to review your application: your handle, your social network links, your audience statistics and, where applicable, your first name and a way to contact you. This sharing is necessary for the introduction you asked for by contacting us.

Some of these brands are established outside the European Union, in countries that do not benefit from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. These transfers are carried out strictly to the extent necessary for the collaboration under consideration with you. You can tell us at any time that you do not want your profile to be presented to a given brand.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

The data of our internal creator management tool is hosted in the United Kingdom. That country benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which recognizes a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

Our providers Webflow and Cloudflare are established in the United States, and Supabase, the publisher of our internal tool, is an American company. Google Workspace is provided by an Irish entity, with processing that may take place in the United States. These transfers are framed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, namely the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and, for the providers concerned, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Request sent through the contact form: 3 years from the last contact
  • Creator application not taken further: 2 years from the last exchange
  • Creator with whom a collaboration is under way: for the whole duration of the collaboration, then 3 years

These durations also apply to the exchanges kept in our mailbox. Accounting and contractual documents are kept for the legal durations that apply to them.

7. Security

The data collected through this site is transmitted and stored in encrypted form. Access to our internal tools is protected by individual authentication. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure.

8. Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to the processing of your data, as well as a right to portability and the right to set directives on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to partenariats@lumera.social. We answer you within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt.

If you consider that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr
